Focus: Simple App Blocker is provided by Tony and Puffy LLC. It is a free tool for managing your own focus sessions.

App license

Focus is distributed under Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement, as selected in its App Store listing. That agreement governs your license to use the app. This page summarizes practical information about Focus and does not replace that agreement.

Using Focus

Choose the apps and session durations that work for you. App blocking requires your Screen Time authorization and depends on Apple’s system frameworks and device settings. Live Activities are optional, and Dynamic Island requires a supported iPhone.

Cost

Focus has no subscriptions, in-app purchases, or advertisements.

Privacy

Focus runs locally without an account or server connection. The privacy policy explains local storage, permissions, and this website.
